Critical Incident Stress Debriefing

At its worst a critical incident can be an on-site fatality, however, more commonly it can be the passing of colleague, or being witness to a traumatic event such as violence. Often, people are able to process these events in a timely manner and regain a sense of normalcy in their lives. However, for others it can deeply affect them.

Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) is a proven technique that allows us to help individuals and teams process the aftermath of trauma in a healthy and constructive manner; returning their lives to normal and getting them back to work sooner.
